Working with existing tenants across four buildings to create a new workspace, we’ll be adding c13,500 sqft of commercial office and retail floorspace. One building is being demolished, while the other three are having roof extensions and being fully refurbished.
- Increasing massing of the site, whilst retaining the existing façade and maintaining the site’s heritage design in keeping with the Albert Embankment Conservation Area
- Ensuring that while the proposal was heritage-led, the design optimised the building’s potential and put user well-being at its heart
- Substantially improving the building’s energy performance and achieving well over biodiversity net gain targets
