Continuing our relationship with Bloom Developments, we’re acting as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on their latest #lastmile logistics centre in Poplar. Responsible for the complete upgrading of this c65,000 sqft industrial estate, we’ll transform it into an ultra-urban multi-let sustainable industrial estate.
- Upgrading the units to a more energy efficient state whilst tenants are trading
- Delivering an array of estate updates including landscaping, EVCs and bike spaces within a live site
